Sa interview kamakailan kay Kim Ji-soo sa Fast Talk With Boy Abunda, nag-share siya ng ilang detalye tungkol sa kanyang personal life at kung bakit nagdesisyon siyang manatili sa Pilipinas para dito ipagpatuloy ang showbiz career niya.
Unang napanood ang Korean star sa Kapuso primetime series na Black Rider, na pinagbidahan ni Ruru Madrid. Sinundan ito ng Abot-Kamay na Pangarap kung saan gumanap siya bilang si Dr. Kim Young. Kamakailan lamang ay opisyal naging Sparkle artist si Ji-soo matapos pumirma ng kontrata sa GMA talent management.
“I love it here. The people are very friendly and I enjoy meeting new people and exploring the culture. I really like the food like sisig, adobo, lechon,” kwento ng Korean actor.
Ibinahagi pa ni Jj-soo sa FTWBA na bago siya sumabak sa pag-aartista sa Korea ay simple lang ang kanyang buhay.
“My life was just simple. I just love sports like basketball, football, and especially I love playing computer games.”
FTWBA: “What is it about the Philippines that made you decide to explore the entertainment business?”
Sagot ni Ji-soo, “I had a great experience here before because I have family here and also I have friends here. So I had a lot of experience here. I love this culture. Also, the entertainment industry here is growing so I wanted to be part of it.”
Dagdag niya, “I’m just really grateful and so happy. I’m so excited to be showing my new side, a new version of myself. So I’m very excited.”
Masaya naman binati ng dalawang Kapuso actress na sina Jillian at Barbie Forteza ang bagong Sparkle artist.
“I just want to say hi and welcome you to Sparkle and to GMA. I hope to work with you soon. And I also want to thank you for making a video greeting for my mom, I hope you remember that. I hope to see you again soon,” sey ng Kapuso Primetime Princess na si Barbie.
“Hi, Ji-soo. I would like to congratulate you for all of your success here in the Philippines. You know what, I’m actually really happy to be working with you because you’re one of the most professional actors that I’ve worked with. Aside from that, I’m happy to have a friend like you,” mula kay Jillian.

“You know what, Ji-soo looks masungit but he’s actually one of the kindest, most supportive, and sweetest people that I know.”
