Former Negros Oriental Rep. Arnolfo Teves Jr. is coming home “very soon,” according to Justice Secretary Boying Remulla.

In a media interview on Monday, Remulla said Teves will be brought back to the Philippines “within the month.”

“May agreement na kami sa Air Force para yung eroplano na sasakyan ay manggagaling sa ating Air Force,” he said.

Teves is facing murder charges in connection with the  killing o formerf Negros Oriental governor Roel Degamo in 2023. 

He was designated as a terrorist by the Anti-Terrorism Council in the same year.
